General travel information

If your trip will take place once within a specific date range, select “Single” as the trip type.

If you plan to travel multiple times within the selected period, choose “Multi” as the trip type.

"Number of travelers" means the total number of people who will take part in the trip. If the person filling out the application will travel, that person must be included in the count.

After entering the number of travelers, each participant’s date of birth must be specified separately in the section that opens below.

All fields marked with a red (*) must be completed.

Insurance is not available for persons over 75 years old.

For persons over 65, additional coverages for high-risk activities (e.g., drivers, electricians, miners, etc.) and ski tours in mountainous areas cannot be selected.
